Weather Policy
We enjoy a very unique relationship with MSR track management which
give us great flex-ability in the event of foul weather. If severe
weather is threatening, you will receive a phone call or email
alerting you to the status of the day. This is when rain forecasts
exceed 60% or more, hurricane warnings, hail, snow, etc. If you did
not receive notification, the day is a go and you need to show up.
As most of our days are scheduled Saturdays, our first choice is to
reschedule for Sunday. If the track has conflicts or the majority of
riders are not able to attend, the event will be pushed to the
following date. In any case, if we are not able to ride, you will
not be held to payment. This is decided by staff and is not
negotiable. We pioneered a weather policy for track days in Texas,
so you can bet we are going to take care of you in any situation. We
were riders before we hosted track days! |
